On the 31st of August 2024, UCELIA opened its doors to its employees and their relatives for a morning of discovery. This initiative helped to show our factory and our original process.

An exceptional expertise

Our families followed a post-by-post route to see the manufacturing of our parts. From the design office to the controls, our families followed the creation of our parts, from its virtual conception to its factory exit.

A company that needs to make itself known to recruit

This open house was an opportunity to include the already present employees, but also to spread the word about our company toward potential future applicants, and why not to develop a certain curiosity from children.
