PREAMBLE
This Privacy Policy is intended for the User of the Site and aims to inform them about how their Personal Data may be collected and processed by Ucelia.
The processing of Personal Data is governed by:
The French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files, and liberties (hereinafter referred to as the "IEL Law").

ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS
The terms mentioned below shall have the following meanings in this Privacy Policy:
- "Personal Data": refers to the personal data of the Data Subject, as defined by the IEL Law and the GDPR, collected and processed by Ucelia in the course of its activities, including the use of the Site;
- "Privacy Policy": refers to this privacy policy and the protection of Personal Data of Users implemented by Ucelia;

- "Processor": refers to the person processing Personal Data on behalf of Ucelia, acting under its authority and on its instructions;

"User(s)": refers to any natural or legal person accessing and browsing the Site.
ARTICLE 2. DATA COLLECTION
Collection and processing of Personal Data
In the course of using the Site, Ucelia may collect Personal Data relating to Users. These Personal Data are processed in accordance with the purposes stated at the time of collection.
Furthermore, Personal Data relating to Users' browsing on the Website may also be used to target the User's needs and interests and to target Ucelia's commercial and advertising offers accordingly.
Regardless of the collection method, Ucelia undertakes to inform the User of the purposes of the processing, the mandatory or optional nature of the responses, the potential consequences of not providing a response, the recipients of the Personal Data, the existence and exercise of their rights of access, rectification, and opposition to the processing of Personal Data.

ARTICLE 3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Personal Data may be collected by Ucelia for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Site and its features.

ARTICLE 5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Ucelia undertakes to ensure that the Personal Data collected is kept in a form that allows the identification of the User for a period not exceeding the duration necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data is collected and processed.
However, the processing of Personal Data may be carried out for the purpose of proving a right or a contract.
These Personal Data may also be kept in order to comply with a legal obligation or stored in files in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
The Personal Data of Users will be retained by Ucelia for a period of three (3) years from the date of the contact or quote request.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Site and its features, raw browsing data associated with an identifier is retained for a period of thirteen (13) months. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
For commercial prospecting: Personal data will be retained for a period of three (3) years from the day of the last contact with Ucelia.
For audience measurement and statistics: Personal data will be retained for a period of six (6) months, after which they will be deleted or anonymized.
For ensuring the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Site: Personal data will be retained for a period of thirteen (13) months, after which they will be deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the User has the following rights:
Right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), updating, or completion of your personal data.

Right to determine the fate of your data after your death and to choose whether we communicate your data to a designated third party.
In case of death and in the absence of instructions from you, we undertake to delete your data, unless their retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

Ucelia and its potential subcontractors commit to implementing all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of our personal data processing and the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR ("regarding various provisions for adaptation to European Union law in the field of security").
In this regard, Ucelia takes appropriate precautions, considering the nature of the personal data and the risks posed by their processing, to preserve the security of the personal data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of premises, authentication process for our clients with personal and secure access through confidential identifiers and passwords, logging of connections, encryption of certain data...).
ARTICLE 09. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE OF UE
Ucelia undertakes not to transfer the Personal Data of Users outside the European Union.
In the event that Ucelia needs to do so, it will inform Users by specifying the measures taken to control such transfer and ensure the confidentiality of their data.
