An educational day at UCELIA
On the 19th of May 2024, UCELIA opened its doors to students from one of Ussel’s local school for a morning dedicated to education and inspiration. This initiative is recorded in the context of our engagement to promote scientific and technical careers amongst the younger generation.
A warm welcome and introduction
The students were welcomed by UCELIA’s team who presented the company’s story, its missions and its occupations. A gripping introduction for these curious kids to discover the foundry world.
A tour of the factory’s installations
The tour of UCELIA’s installations permitted students to closely see high technologies and the manufacturing process. They were able to observe the engineers and technicians work and understand the challenges and the innovations in our field.
